Colourless, odourless and tasteless white oil from light paraffin. 
APLICATIONS 
1.- As lubricant 
Oil intended for general lubrication of those mechanisms requiring a food grade product non contaminant 
and stainless. It might be used in authorised industrial applications wherever there is the possibility of food 
contact (both human & pet food). 
Due to its H1 certification, DENSOLINA RVTH can be used in the food industry, in all those points from 
processing and surrounding areas, in which it might enter in contact incidentally with food. The product 
might be used as lubricant in food processing machinery, but also as rust-preventive. 
DENSOLINA RVTH might be also used as lubricant for machinery and equipment placed in areas where it 
might be possible potential exposition of the lubricated mechanism with food. 
2.- As mould release agent 
3H certification enables DENSOLINA RVTH to be used as mould release on grills, ovens, loaf pans, 
boning benches, chopping boards, or other hard surfaces in contact with meat or poultry food products to 
prevent food from adhering during processing. 
The product might be used as joint de-moulding, sealing joints and safety locks in tanks and deposits. 
3.- As thermal fluid 
DENSOLINA RVTH serves also as thermal fluid for heat transmission, both in closed circuits with pump 
recirculation, and in thermal fluid bath. 
4.- In bottle cork cap production 
DENSOLINA RVTH can also be used as adjuvant in the production of bottle cork cap for sparkling wines 
(champagne, cava, prosecco). In addition to its main role as adjuvant, the product acts as internal lubricant 
of cork conglomerate, as cap mould release (in case of production by moulding) or to facilitate its extrusion 
(in case of production by this system). Its approval by the Committee Interprofessional of Champagne wine 
(CIVC – CECAF) accredits its use in this application. 
HOW TO USE 
As lubricant: 
The product can be applied manually by means of an oiler or automatically by drippage or spraying. 
As mould release or adherence preventive: 
The product might be applied manually by brush or automatically by spraying. 
In cork cap production: 
It is recommended to add 4 to 5% of DENSOLINA RVTH to cork conglomerate (depending on granule type 
and its humidity). To facilitate the wettability of the cork granules, it is recommended to heat up the product 
around 100ŗC and keep during 30 to 40 minutes.
