Directions for use:
Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging. Valvoline™ Zinc Spray should be at room temperature before use. The processing temperature should be between 15 to 25°C. Shake 2 minutes before use and spray a sample.
Pre-treatment:
The surface to be treated should be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface.
Treatment:
When spraying, the distance between the spray and the surface should be approx. 25 to 30 centimetres. Apply the spray in several thin layers. Before applying the next layer, shake the spray can.When desired, after drying a primer and a lacquer can be applied.
After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approx. 5 seconds). The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the air humidity and the thickness of the lacquer applied.
