3M™ Reusable Half Face Mask 6500 Series has a strong body construction and a resilient, stable silicone face seal. These 6500 Series half-face masks have a bayonet-style connection that fits a broad range of filters, and they feature a 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve and exhalation valve cover. They have a low-profile design, an adjustable head harness, and the 6500QL Series features our Quick Latch Drop Down mechanism.

Our 6500 half masks are durable and resilient with a strong body construction and stable silicone face seal that’s soft yet firm. The low-profile, half-facepiece design offers a wider field of view and better compatibility with welding and grinding shields. The adjustable head harness assembly improves comfort, and it fits well with our hardhats and hearing protection. The bayonet-style connection fits a broad range of filters, offering protection against gases, vapours and particulates. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve provides easier breathing by helping reduce heat build up, and an exhalation valve cover helps direct exhaled breath and moisture downward to reduce fogging in your eyewear, grinding or welding shields. There are two versions of the 6500 Series available. As well as the standard 6500 Series, the 6500QL Series features the Quick Latch Drop Down mechanism, which makes it easy to put on or take off the masks with one hand as you move between safe or contaminated areas. That means you won’t need to remove your safety helmet or face shield when lowering or raising your respirator. Both versions are available in three sizes; small, medium and large. They can be used with 3M™ Supplied Air Systems for your increased convenience and flexibility, and connect with all 3M™ 2000, 5000 and 6000 Series filters (except 3M™ 6098 or 6099). The 6500 Series has a specially designed range of spares and accessories to help you maintain the right level of comfort and protection when parts become worn or damaged.
