BESAL 305 is an emulsifiable cutting fluid for general operations of steel, aluminium, brass and alloys.
White opalescent emulsion that provides the cutting area with a good cooling, improving tools life. Secures a good anticorrosive capacity in the moving parts of the machine-tool.
The emulsions of BESAL 305 have an elevated stability with water up to 35ŗHF hardness. It has very good anticorrosive properties, from 3% concentration up, without containing nitrite, giving an excellent protection to the machine and the operated parts.
BESAL 305 contains specific bactericides that improve resistency to emulsion fermentations. His low superficial stress gives good properties evacuating heat.
The mixing ratio is situated between 3 and 5% depending on the operation, worked material and water hardness, In difficult operations could increase till 10%.
