It provides exceptional lubrication, helps to prevent oxidation and corrosion in air compressors and vacuum pumps. Applications Specially recommended for air compressors and vacuum pumps. It allows smooth operation even at high compressed-air temperatures and provides good deposit control on equipment parts. Superior performance Valvoline Compressor Oil exceeds the requirements of the Pneurop oxidation test 2.5. It also meets the requirements of the German DIN 51506 VDL standard for compressor oils. Water separability Valvoline Compressor Oil has excellent low foaming properties and demulsibility features which help to prevent inadequate lubrication and potential damage. Rust protection Valvoline Compressor Oil gives good rust resistance and is developed to protect the compressor and its components from surface degradation, extending the components life. Longer life The enhanced oxidation resistance in combination with the thermal stability helps the oil last longer and minimizes the impact of sludge and deposit forming.
