Emulsifying oil for timber industry Cormasol 5 175kg

CORMASOL 5 is an emulsifiable cutting oil for chainsaw lubrication by spraying systems. PROPERTIES When mixed with water it creates a white opalescent emulsion that provides the cutting area with good cooling properties, improving the lifespan of the chain. The emulsions of CORMASOL 5 have a high stability with water up to 35ºHF hardness. It has very good anticorrosive properties, from 3% concentration up, without containing nitrite, giving an excellent protection on chains and metal parts. CORMASOL 5 offers good heat dissipation as well as lubricity which helps to reduce friction and therefore the temperature on the chain increasing its life span and, allowing a smooth sawing operation. WAY TO USE To prepare CORMASOL 5 emulsions it is recommended to use 35ºHF water, the chlorine content of which must not exceed 0.2 g/l. To obtain a good emulsion it is advisable to pour CORMASOL 5 onto water and then stir. Never pour water onto CORMASOL 5. The mixing ratio is situated between 3 and 5% depending on the operation, worked material and water hardness, In difficult operations could increase till 10%. CAUTIONS Once mixed with water, CORMASOL 5 emulsion has a short life therefore, the emulsion created is for immediate use and not to be reused, therefore, do not prepare an emulsion and store it for long periods of time.
