SERVOL 330 is an emulsifiable fluid, intended specifically for drawing and threading operations with brass, aluminium, steels and cast. It provides a superior surface finish in automatic threading machines, transfers and CNC machines.
It is a white opalescent emulsion to provide good cooling in the cutting area. Good anticorrosive capacity in the moving parts of the machine-tool. Thanks to their stability the SERVOL 330 emulsions shows longer useful life vs the conventional products and can be used in centralized bath systems. To prepare SERVOL 330 emulsions it is worth using drinkable water with hardness between 5 and 40ŗHF and up to 300 ppm chloride content. To get a good emulsion, it is advisable to pour SERVOL 330 onto water and then stir, never pour water onto SERVOL 330. Mixing ratio is between 4 and 6%, depending on operation and water.
When a SERVOL 330 emulsion is put into service for the first time in a machine that has previously used another product, it is advisable to clean and disinfect it. This is essential when the emulsion used has had fermentation problems. For cleaning we recommend using a specific product such as our ADITIVO LIMPIADOR, following the instructions for use indicated in the technical information and the advice of our Technical Department.
